Solid Timber Floating Floors
Solid Timber Floors in both Strip and Parquetry are preferred as the flooring of choice of many designers, architects and consumers. Astoria Floors can supply most species - either Imported Exotics or Australian Hardwoods renown for their durability and color. The species include Jarrah, Brushbox, Spotted Gum, Kempas, Tasmanian Oak, Blackbutt and many others in demand for most interiors and designs. All our timbers meet the Australian Standards 2796.1 and 2796.2 for Grading and Production.
Parquetry Laying
The Strip Timbers and Parquetry can be installed by our skilled tradesmen either directly to concrete, glued and fixed to ply, particle board or joists and bearers. We use only the finest quality adhesives and fixings and will ensure a well fitted quality timber floor that will meet all Industry Standards.
Astoria Floors imports and distributes a vast range of 19, 14 and 12mm products that offers our clients the best quality and pricing available in the market today.
Astoria Floors can also supply and install a huge range of Imported and Australian Floating Engineered Flooring. These products have 3 or 4mm Solid Prefinished wear layers over a well constructed 3 ply substrate that ensures stability and durability. The product can be laid quickly with little interference to your busy schedules and is a wonderful use of our natural resources.
