Bamboo flooring production process
After bamboo is harvested, it is cut into strands of timber fibres. These timber fibres are then fused together into dense blocks via hydraulic technology, and the blocks are cut and milled into quality floorboards.
Boards are then finished with a variety of stains and finishes, and every board is inspected to ensure that we supply and install only the highest quality bamboo flooring.

I’ve been working in the flooring industry for over 25 years. I’m passionate about flooring and the wide range of options that are available today for homes and businesses in Melbourne.

Your video was very interesting and I am learning a great deal about this bamboo flooring and how they harden it and get the different colors etc. it sounds as though this is a flooring that will last a long time of properly taken care of. I had no idea that the way they strengthen it was by the extreme temperatures that it grows in. Thank you for sharing.
I have learned a lot about bamboo in the last few weeks from your blog and various other sites while I was doing research. I never thought that bamboo would be so good for a flooring material but I have found out differently. Your video was very interesting and I enjoyed watching it and seeing how it is manufactured.
This was very interesting, I have learned a lot about bamboo flooring in the last couple of years because I work for a construction company that used it in an office remodel. This video did however show me quite a bit about the process that I was unaware of until now. You have done an excellent job on your blog and I hope that you will continue to post new things.
